The short version. We do not ask you to create an account and we do not ask for your name. Your route file, your photos and your finished film are deleted within seven days. This site sets no cookies at all, which is why you have not been asked to agree to any.

Our lawful basis for all of it is performance of the contract you entered into when you ordered a film (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). We do not rely on consent, because none of this is optional — without your route file there is no film.
以上全部的合法依據是履行你訂購影片時所成立的契約 （GDPR 第 6 條第 1 項第 b 款）。我們不以同意為依據，因為這些都不是選配 —— 沒有你的路線檔就沒有影片。
Your photographs have their camera metadata — including any location the camera recorded — removed in your own browser, before anything is uploaded. We never receive it.
你的照片會在你自己的瀏覽器裡、上傳之前 就把相機中繼資料去掉，包含相機記下的任何位置資訊。我們從來沒收到過。
One thing: the record of the sale itself. The date, the amount, the currency, the country it was bought from, and the email address it was bought with. We keep it because tax law requires a seller to keep records of what it sold, and we cannot delete it on request for the same reason.
只有一樣：交易本身的紀錄。日期、金額、幣別、購買國別， 以及購買時使用的 Email。我們保留它，是因為稅法要求賣方保存銷售紀錄； 也基於同樣的理由，我們無法應要求刪除它。
It contains no part of your route. Not the track, not the photographs, not the film, not where you went or when. The sale record and the route data are kept in separate places precisely so that deleting one cannot disturb the other.
那份紀錄不含你路線的任何部分。沒有軌跡、沒有照片、 沒有影片，也沒有你去了哪裡或什麼時候去。交易紀錄和路線資料存放在不同的地方， 正是為了讓刪掉其中一個不會動到另一個。
There are none. Not analytics, not advertising, not "essential" ones either. Your language choice is remembered in your browser's own local storage, which never leaves your device and is never sent to us. Because there are no cookies, there is no consent banner to click past.
一個都沒有。沒有分析用的、沒有廣告用的，連「必要」的也沒有。 你選的語言記在你瀏覽器自己的 local storage 裡，那份資料不會離開你的裝置， 也不會傳給我們。因為沒有 cookie，所以也沒有同意視窗要你點掉。

We do not sell your data, we do not share it for advertising, and we have no advertising.

We are in Taiwan. Cloudflare, Paddle and Resend operate internationally, so your data may be processed outside your own country, including in the United States and the United Kingdom. Each of them relies on the standard legal mechanisms for that — Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
我們在台灣。Cloudflare、Paddle 與 Resend 都是跨國營運， 因此你的資料可能在你所在國家以外被處理，包含美國與英國。 這三家都依循標準的法律機制 —— 標準契約條款（SCC），以及在適用時的 歐盟—美國資料隱私框架。
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to send it somewhere else, or object to how we use it. Write to contact@meowtain.app and we will answer within 30 days.
你可以要求我們提供我們持有的你的資料副本、要求更正、要求刪除、 要求轉送到別處，或對我們的使用方式表示反對。寫到 contact@meowtain.app，我們會在 30 天內回覆。
In practice, ask within seven days and there is something to give you; ask afterwards and there is not, because it has already gone. The one thing that remains is the sale record described in §3, which we must keep.

If you are in the EU or the UK and you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to your national data protection authority. In Taiwan, that is the Personal Data Protection Commission.
如果你在歐盟或英國，並認為我們處理你的資料有問題， 你可以向你所在國家的資料保護主管機關申訴。在台灣是個人資料保護委員會。
This is not a service for children and we do not knowingly take orders from anyone under 16.
這不是給兒童使用的服務，我們也不會在知情的情況下接受未滿 16 歲者的訂單。
The claim that your route file is read in your own browser is one you can test rather than trust. Open your browser's developer tools, go to the Network tab, and drop a GPX file onto the order page. It makes no requests. Nothing is sent anywhere until you press the button that says so.
「你的路線檔是在你自己的瀏覽器裡讀的」這句話，你可以驗證，不必相信。 打開瀏覽器開發者工具的 Network 分頁，把一個 GPX 檔拖到訂購頁上。它不會發出任何請求。 在你按下那個明說要送出的按鈕之前，什麼都不會被送到任何地方。
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
