The short version. You send us a route file and some photos. Our renderer makes a video of the terrain you crossed and we email it to you within 48 hours. You pay US$19 once. Your files are deleted within seven days. If it goes wrong, you get it re-rendered or you get your money back.
簡短版。你把路線檔和照片送過來，我們的算圖引擎 做出一支你走過的地形的影片，48 小時內寄給你。你付一次 US$19。你的檔案 7 天內刪除。 如果出了問題，我們免費重算，或退你錢。

One rendered video per paid order. Up to 2 minutes 30 seconds, 1080p MP4, containing up to 24 of your photos placed along your route. It is delivered by email within 48 hours of your payment clearing. If it is going to take longer than that, we will email you before the 48 hours are up and tell you why.
每一筆已付款的訂單，提供一支算好的影片。最長 2 分 30 秒、1080p MP4， 沿你的路線放進最多 24 張你的照片。款項確認後 48 小時內以 Email 寄出。 如果會超過 48 小時，我們會在 48 小時到之前先寄信告訴你原因。
US$19 per film. One payment, one film. There is no subscription, no credit to buy, and nothing to cancel later.
每支影片 US$19。一次付款、一支影片。沒有訂閱、不用買點數， 之後也沒有什麼要取消。
Payment is handled by Paddle, who act as the merchant of record. That means Paddle is the seller for the payment itself and is responsible for collecting and remitting any sales tax or VAT. Their name, not ours, is what appears on your card statement. We never see or hold your card details.
付款由 Paddle 處理，他們是 merchant of record （記錄商）。也就是說，就付款本身而言 Paddle 是賣方，負責代收與繳納營業稅或 VAT。 你的信用卡帳單上會出現的是他們的名字，不是我們的。我們不會看到也不會保存你的卡片資料。
You confirm that the route file and the photographs are yours, or that you have permission to use them this way. You agree to cover us for any claim that arises because they were not. This matters because we have no way of knowing — we never look at your photos except to check the finished film.
你確認路線檔和照片是你的，或你已取得這樣使用的授權。 若因為並非如此而產生任何求償，你同意由你承擔。這一條之所以存在，是因為我們無從得知 —— 除了確認完成的影片之外，我們不會去看你的照片。
Do not upload anything unlawful, anything depicting a child in a sexual context, or anything that would identify another person who has not agreed to it. We will refuse the order and refund you.
請不要上傳任何違法的內容、任何以性方式描繪兒童的內容， 或任何會辨識出未同意的第三人的內容。遇到這種情況我們會拒絕該筆訂單並退款。
You give us permission to store, process and render your files for the sole purpose of making and delivering your film. That permission ends when the files are deleted, within seven days. We do not publish your content anywhere, we do not show it to anyone, and there is no gallery — this is a rendering tool, not a place where things are posted.
你授權我們儲存、處理並算圖你的檔案，且僅為了製作與交付你的影片。 這份授權在檔案被刪除時結束，也就是 7 天內。我們不會把你的內容發布到任何地方、 不會給任何人看，也沒有作品集頁面 —— 這是一個算圖工具，不是一個貼東西的地方。
The finished film is yours. Keep it, show it, post it to your own social accounts. What it is not licensed for is commercial use — advertising, a business's marketing, a client deliverable, or resale. If you want that, email us and we will licence it properly.
完成的影片是你的。留著、拿給人看、發到你自己的社群帳號都可以。 沒有授權的是商業使用 —— 廣告、企業行銷、交付給客戶、或轉售。 如果你需要那樣用，寫信給我們，我們會正式授權。
Every film carries credits for the data it was built from — Copernicus elevation data, Copernicus Sentinel imagery, and OpenStreetMap. These are not decoration and they are not ours to waive: the licences that let us build the terrain require them. Do not crop, blur, cover or remove them.
每一支影片都帶有其所使用資料的出處標示 —— Copernicus 高程資料、 Copernicus Sentinel 衛星影像，以及 OpenStreetMap。這些不是裝飾，也不是我們能免除的： 讓我們得以做出地形的那些授權條款要求必須標示。請不要裁切、模糊、遮蓋或移除它們。
We do not ask you to create an account and we do not ask for your name. There is no password to forget and nothing to delete later, because after seven days there is nothing left.
我們不要求你註冊帳號，也不問你的名字。沒有密碼可以忘記， 之後也沒有東西要刪，因為 7 天之後就什麼都不剩了。
Tell us and we will re-render it once, free. If it is still not right, you get your money back. The full position is on the refunds page.

Our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us — US$19. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. None of this limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
我們對你的賠償責任以你實際支付的金額為上限 —— 也就是 US$19。 我們不就間接或衍生性損害負責。以上均不限制法律上不得限制的責任， 包含因過失致人死亡或身體傷害，以及詐欺。
We do not promise the film will be free of every flaw. The terrain is built from public elevation data, which is accurate to about 30 metres, and from satellite imagery that was taken on a day we did not choose. If the result is not what you hoped for, that is what the refund is for.
我們不保證影片毫無瑕疵。地形是用公開高程資料做出來的，精度約 30 公尺， 衛星影像的拍攝日期也不是我們挑的。如果結果不如你的期待，退款機制就是為此而存在。
These terms are governed by the law of Taiwan, and the Taiwan Taipei District Court is the court of first instance for any dispute. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protections of the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in.
本條款適用中華民國（台灣）法律，並以台灣台北地方法院為第一審管轄法院。 若你是消費者，本條不影響你居住國強制性消費者保護法規所給予你的保障。
The version of these terms that applies to your order is the version published on the day you ordered. That is why the date is at the top.
適用於你這筆訂單的，是你下單當天所公布的版本。這就是為什麼日期寫在最上面。
