The short version. Changed your mind before the film arrives? Full refund, no reason needed. Film arrived and it is wrong? We re-render it free, and if it is still wrong you get your money back. You also keep your statutory 14-day right to cancel — we do not ask you to give it up.

Email us with your order reference and we refund you in full. You do not have to say why. Your files are deleted the same day rather than waiting out the seven days.
附上你的訂單編號寫信給我們，我們全額退款。你不需要說明理由。 你的檔案會當天刪除，不用等滿 7 天。
Tell us what is wrong — a photo in the wrong place, the route looking incorrect, the wrong part of the ride, anything. We re-render it once, free. If the second attempt still is not right, we refund you in full and you keep the films.
告訴我們哪裡不對 —— 照片位置錯了、路線看起來不對、取的不是那一段， 什麼都可以。我們免費重算一次。如果第二次還是不對，我們全額退款，影片你留著。
If you are in the EU or the UK, consumer law gives you 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. Sellers of digital content are allowed to ask you to waive that right in exchange for immediate delivery. We do not ask you to waive it. You have the full 14 days, and asking within them gets you a full refund.

Taiwanese consumers have the equivalent seven-day right under the Consumer Protection Act. Whichever gives you longer is the one that applies.

Email contact@meowtain.app with your order reference — the MW- code we gave you when you ordered. That is all we need. There is no form and no account to log into.

We action refunds within three business days of your email. Paddle returns the money to the card or account you paid from; how quickly it appears after that is your bank's business, not ours, and it is usually five to ten days.

Your files are deleted within seven days and the deletion is permanent — there is no backup we can reach into. So a refund after that point returns your money but cannot return the film. If you want to keep the film, download it when it arrives.

A chargeback takes weeks and costs us a fee. An email takes a day and we will almost certainly just say yes. There is no advantage to you in the slower route.
向銀行申請爭議款要等好幾週，而且我們會被收一筆手續費。 寫一封信一天就好，而且我們幾乎一定會答應。走比較慢的那條路對你沒有任何好處。
